QA100 - QA Engineer
Position located in: Apertio Germany office, An den Treptowers 1, 12435 Berlin, Germany
Overview:
We are urgently looking for a QA engineer who will reinforce our QA team in Berlin. He then helps to ensure the quality of our mobile messaging and authentification/authorization products, which are deployed particularly in the mobile radio sector. Besides their wide range of functionality and the usage of latest standards they are characterized by highest availability and optimal scalability.
Your tasks:
- Management of the Netzwert NeMIP platform component requirements as well as derivation of corresponding test cases
- Definition, execution and publication of test procedures
- Creation of test reports
- Automation of test procedures and load tests
- Cooperation on analysis and solution finding for complex problems while collaborating close with software development, professional services and technical publications department.
Your qualification:
- Completion of a technical education in computer science or in comparable branches of study
- Knowledge and experience in the are of quality assurance
- Technical expertise concerning unix, internet protocols, mobile radio standards and databases
- Well-founded skills in programming with Perl and SQL
- Good knowledge and practical experience in a script/programming language like Shell, Perl, Ruby, Java or similar
- Very good command of speaking and writing English
- Commitment, ability to work in a team, interest in continuing education
